Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Payment Timing

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is confirmed.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in USD. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees — Hartford Candles is not responsible for those charges.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale accounts are subject to separate payment terms as outlined in your wholesale agreement. Net terms, if applicable, are established at account approval. All wholesale orders require a minimum order value as specified in our wholesale program terms.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

Secure Checkout

All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your payment information.
