At Hartford Candle LLC, we take pride in delivering our handcrafted candles to you with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS and Fedex. Shipping options are available at checkout, and delivery times may vary based on the method selected.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount—check our homepage or promotions page for current offers.

🔁 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Hartford Candle LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hartfordcandles@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?

International Shipping:

  • We ship to 21 countries across Europe including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and more
  • All duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
  • You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery
  • International orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) labels
  • Shipping rates: Economy International ($25 USD) and Standard International ($35 USD)
